The first Folangsi Elite Training was successfully concluded

 The first "elite training" grand opening in the big conference room at headquarters.This "Elite training" hold after the success of transformation strategy--Folangsi group's business has entered "a small platform,high integration",which become the largest logistics equipment sales and service provider around China and the world.

 With Folangsi Group has entering a rapid development period,we need a large number of outstanding talents as support for the future development,to establish a sustainable and rapid development of the management team is very important,so Folangsi first "Elite training" has come into being.All 30 management elites from seven major functions centers,four resource centers, as well as two business centers,who participated in the training courses.

 This training has been attached great importance by the Group leaders,the chairman Hou Zekuan and general manager Houze Bing and deputy general manager Zhou Limin and all each center directors witness this moment.Moreover,we hire the chairman Hou Zekuan,general manager Houze Bing and Group board director Yang qingyuan as speakers for this training courses.

 In the training courses,elites learned the strategic direction and business model and operations management under the new strategy,so that they can know more about the Group's strategic direction and tactical approach,also can get clear of our company's future direction.Through the course "How to plan their own careers"and "Group's organizational structure introduced","The development of Folangsi brought me what opportunities and challenges" and so on,in this case,elites'sense of belonging and professional orientation enhanced.It is worth mentioning in this training,that there are many outdoor development programs,which enhanced teamwork between elites,strengthened the communication and sharing between elites; and during the interactive sessions with the leaders,they discussed about the rights and obligations of employees,salaries and benefits.The staff training and staff development and personal related issues,can benefit the employees.After the successful conclusion of the training,all the participants has a good response.

 The general manager Mr Hou zebing hold the training graduation examination and summary,all participants have passed the examination,and excellent rate reached to 100%,so the General Manager expressed his congratulations and hope all elites can bring the spirit of Training to employees from different departments.And he said that we will create the elite training irregularly in the future,to enhance group cohesion.
