The first item on the agenda of the meeting was to summarize the operation and management work in 2020 and the work outlook in 2021 by the general manager Mr. Hou Zebing.In the summary of Folangsi 2020 business management work, President Hou reported the company’s 2020 business indicators and completion status to the participating cadres through comprehensive and multi-dimensional analysis of the data charts.He also made a comprehensive summary of the six achievements and four shortcomings of the company's management work in the past year. Mr. Hou said: We will never forget the past 2020, it was an extremely extraordinary year,which is full of difficult challenges.Folangsi has overcome various difficulties and in such a special year,the company has handed in a very good answer sheet for various management tasks.Our annual operating performance reached a new high, and the performance target achievement rate exceeding 96%. In addition, our rental business has developed steadily and the scale of the rental fleet has achieved a large-scale growth.By the end of 2020, there have been more than 31,000 units, which will continue to inject a steady stream of momentum into the later healthy and sustainable development of the rental business!
Looking forward to the new year,Mr. Hou has made arrangements for the work in 2021 through three general directions. Judging from the external environment and industry development, President Hou has established the company's overall guiding ideology (business strategy) for the company's 2021 operation and management work: Focusing on forklifts, seeking progress while Maintaining stability.At the same time, President Hou required all the company’s cadres to closely follow the company’s 2021 business indicators set by the board of directors, and resolutely implement the integrated business development strategy of forklift rental as the main business, organically integrating maintenance, forklift sales, and overseas business.We will also focus on strengthening management and background basic management to further consolidate the company's leading position in China's forklift aftermarket industry.

"Asset Inspection Department" was established
At the meeting site, Folangsi opened a new chapter in the management of rental assets-the "Asset Inspection and Insurance Department" was formally established. With the increasing scale of the company’s rental fleet, the daily maintenance of forklifts is a very important part of the rental asset ecological chain. In order to comprehensively improve the company's asset management quality, the company established a new asset inspection department based on obtaining the certificate of the special equipment comprehensive inspection agency.The asset inspection department is a department that integrates self-inspection, patrol inspection, maintenance, and collection of information on rental assets by customers.
